The email must contain a description of the issue and, if appropriate, photographs of the damage that has ocurred. ### International We do not offer compensation for international items, unless sent via a tracked service. ## Business - consignment & distribution Any claims for loss or damage must be emailed to us within 30 calendar days of the date you released the shipment data to us.
